Question What monitor is better?

Hi I've been looking at gaming monitors and have decided to go for a 144hz monitor.
Heres the 2 I've been looking at -

My question is, what's better?
My graphics card is an rx 480 if that's any use

I would get the AOC since it's VA and will have better colors then the TN panel (Dell).
