[SOLVED] What monitor should I buy?

I have a i5-3350P, 16 GB ram, GTX 1060 6GB and I don't know what monitor I should buy. Here are my two options.
AOC 2560x1440 144hz 1ms 32"
AOC 1920x1080 144hz 1ms 32"

Or should I upgrade my GPU and CPU, in that case, witch one?

For a 1060 card I would stick with 1080 resolution. 32" is pretty large for a screen unless you sit far from the system, if you use the monitor at normal sitting distance, I would get a 27" screen.

And yes you can upgrade both the CPU and GPU if you want but that all depends on your budget and what games you play and how they perform.
