What monitor should I get with GTX 970 in sli

Hi, I have a dilemma, I have no idea what monitor/s I should be looking for.

I am going to be updating my graphics cards to GTX 970 x2, obviously I want to have more than 60fps, which would rule out any 60hz monitor as I'm sure I'd get tearing.

So what monitors should I really be looking at?

monitors that have 120hz+
that support 1920 reso I know some you have to lower the reso just to get 144hz (well my mates did apparently unless there being noob)

Look at BenQ monitors
Dont bother with 4K yet I dont think they go beyond 60hz, but I havent check in awhile
