What monitor should I get?

I want a new monitor, because i am currently using a TV with my pc and it has made my eyesight get worse and is stressful on my eyes, I need help on choosing a monitor that will be better for me, I have a choice out of 2 i like and was wondering if i could get an opinion on which is better, I mostly game on my PC as well. I want the 1st one, I'm just basing on the specs. The 1ms caught my eye right away. It's a gaming monitor. You wouldn't encounter lag or delay on FPS games on either monitor, but the faster the response time = the better. And it's bigger, and it's plain black. And it has a 144hz refresh rate, it means if you have a very powerful GPU, you can get the most out of it. 144mhz can go up to 144frames per second without screen tear. If you go for the 60hz monitor, when you reach 70fps on games, it would tear.
