With that GPU, the highest you could go is a 1080p display, be it 21" or 24". What sort of a budget do you have to work with, where are you located and what is your preferred site for purchase?

I could spend around 100 to 250 usd, I'm located in qatar in the middle east in case you're not familiar, i was thinking of purchasing locally to avoid the hassles of it getting damaged by shipping and easier dealing with warranty,am i also limited to 60hz?
