What monitor?

What monitor would you get for under 200 USD? I'm looking at an 23.6" ASUS VH242H Hdmi 5ms LCD monitor 😱 but I'm open to suggestions. Mainly gaming applications, but some college work will be done on it as well. Whatever I end up getting is going to be paired with an iBUYPOWER Gamer Extreme NE721i. Thanks!

Currently this monitor is the same price (rebate) as the VH242H and has a lower refresh rate (2ms) and has led backlighting for a brighter picture.
