How do i figure out what kind of mother board i have?

Dude, i'm guessing that you have a manufactured computer cause otherwise you'd have a motherboard box filled with crap that the local computer store gave you. If you really wanna know, open it up and look for a brand name on the board. If you've got like a Dell or Compaq, well, the mobo is made by them. The chipset? Who the hell knows. Esp. with compaq.
