Okay so I am building a computer and my budget is $1200. Anyway i am having a bit of confusion on what is better and I thought maybe you could help me out. Listed below is what I am getting for sure:
-AMD FX-8350 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition Processor
-EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB GDDR5 256bit Graphics Card
-Nzxt Technologies Phantom with Green Trim (Green LED) Enthusiast Full Tower Case
-Corsair CX750 Builder Series ATX 80 PLUS Bronze Certified Power Supply

So anyhow I am mainly confused about the motherboard and ram. I just cant decide which one would be better for my build. Keep in mind I don't care about the price, but I just want to know what one is really better. So it is between the following for the motherboard:
-ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboard
-ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
-ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

For RAM between the following:
-Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2400MHz (PC3 19200) Desktop Memory
-Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory

Thanks in advance if you reply. Appreciate it.

1 = ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboard......... this mobo does not support any am3+ cpu
is built for intel haswell lga 1150 cpu

2 = are you really stick with thoses mobo ?? ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z / ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX
they are very expensive for nothing so far

3 = i suggest you the asus ma99x series , a lot cheaper and very very good mobo

4 = the best ram is the corsair vengeance PRO series for sure
