What motherboard do i get with a Ryzen 7 3700x? I have 16GB of Ram 2 sticks of 4 and one 8.

A x570 will work right out of the box. Almost any other chipset will need a BIOS update to be able to boot.

As far as that RAM goes it's probably no good. You need a kit that has the RAM in matching set. Preferably a 2x8gb @ 3200mhz or faster.

They are all crucial brand and are 2666 mt/s. One is 8 and then two 4

Use the 2x4gb and enable XMP. It is going to hinder your performance noticeably compared to a faster(3200+mhz) pair.
