Summary :
What is my motherboard model? (so I can see if my upgrades are compatible).

What is the best gaming CPU I can use with this unknown motherboard if I can't find a cheap upgraded version?

I tried using Speccy, CPU-z, partpicker and crucial, but they don't really help me. Cnet has the specs for it, but I can't use it to compare with motherboards titled z this and letter and numbers that.

DX4870-UB318 from Wal-MArt back in 2013 - 14

seems like you have ACER ipimb-AR Rev:1.02A

The upgrades should be fine except, maybe RAM - can't find if 8x2 will work with it.

I never even thought of just looking up LGA 1155 compatibility until your replied *palm to forehead*
But this site is GREAT for my motherboard specs.
