What motherboard do I need?

I have searched FOREVER and I still can't find the right motherboard for me...

I am planning to get an Nvidia gtx 970 GPU to use with my AMD A8 6600k processor and need to know which motherboards will support this set up.

Please no vague answers. I have tried several websites before but to no avail.

Simply find a motherboard that says FM2 socket. The only compatibility other than the CPU socket you need to look for is a PCIe 2.0/3.0x16 expansion slot, which most motherboards should have.

Unfortunately, that CPU is probably not going to be optimal for pairing with a GTX 970, which outperforms an A8 6600k by some margin.
