Hi, i wanna do clean windows install and then install motherboard drivers. I have Gigabyte GA-P61-USB3-B3 (rev. 1.0) windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
But i am having hard time to find proper drivers for mine pc.
When i go here http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3778&dl=#dl and look for example Realtek hd audio driver. In official website driver is very old (from 2012)
And when i check http://download.gigabyte.com.tw/ Gigabyte download center it gives me same drivers but different versions. But is it safe to download example latest version from http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=24&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false website. In gigabyte website ver. is R2.70, but in realtek website is R2.78
So why are drivers on gigabyte website so old? Should i:
a) install them from gigabyte website (even they are few years old)
b) install them from gigabyte download center (also old but different versions form website)
c) find latest versions on other websites like intel and realtek websites? (but i am not 100% sure they are for mine motherboard, that's why everyone suggest to download from manufacture website)
