Hi, i wanna do clean windows install and then install motherboard drivers. I have Gigabyte GA-P61-USB3-B3 (rev. 1.0) windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

But i am having hard time to find proper drivers for mine pc.
When i go here http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3778&dl=#dl and look for example Realtek hd audio driver. In official website driver is very old (from 2012)
And when i check http://download.gigabyte.com.tw/ Gigabyte download center it gives me same drivers but different versions. But is it safe to download example latest version from http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=24&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false website. In gigabyte website ver. is R2.70, but in realtek website is R2.78

So why are drivers on gigabyte website so old? Should i:
a) install them from gigabyte website (even they are few years old)
b) install them from gigabyte download center (also old but different versions form website)
c) find latest versions on other websites like intel and realtek websites? (but i am not 100% sure they are for mine motherboard, that's why everyone suggest to download from manufacture website)

Thanks for the answer i will do that. But i would like if you can make some things clear to me. What is difference between drivers from manufacture website and original websites if you find proper driver for your self. Because people always recommended latest drivers but manufacture websites seams always to have a older drivers. Is those drivers latest for mine motherboard or they are just lazy to update to newer versions. I always find that confusing...

Example : I find Realtek 8111/8168 LAN Driver for gigabit 7.092 here http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=5&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false#RTL8111B/RTL8168B/RTL8111/RTL8168%3Cbr%3ERTL8111C/RTL8111CP/RTL8111D%28L%29%3Cbr%3ERTL8168C/RTL8111DP and on Gigabyte website is ver. 7.088

Also should i download intel rapid storage technology? Thanks :)
(ops, looks like i have a error "This platform is not supported")

The drivers found on the manufacturer website have been tested by the manufacturer.

Most people install the drivers form the manufacturer and then run Windows update.

Personally I use always the chipset and LAN drivers from the motherboard manufacturer website and then update via Windows.

Audio, video, and Wifi drivers I usually download from the hardware manufacturer website.
