I'm setting up an MSI MAG Z690 Tomahawk DD4 Wifi motherboard that will be cooled by a be quiet! Pure Loop 360mm.

The motherboard has the following cooling headers:

CPU_FAN1
PUMP_FAN1
SYS_FAN1
SYS_FAN2
SYS_FAN3
SYS_FAN4
SYS_FAN5
SYS_FAN6

Am I correct in assuming that the Pure Loop pump gets connected to PUMP_FAN1, the Pure Loop fan bank gets connected to CPU_FAN1, and the case fans (which came pre-paralleled together), get connected to SYS_FAN1?

Thanks for any replies.

Solution
CPU cooler fans should be connected to CPU_FAN.
a lot of motherboards will not boot without a reading from this header.

case fans can be connected to any SYS_FAN headers.
whichever offer the best cable management options for these fans is the best option.

Pump cable can go to any header but make sure this header is set to run at 100%.
PUMP_FAN may already be set to run this way by default.
