What motherboard is best to pair with my AMD 8350 for under $150?

I've seen quite a few threads regarding this, but most are old (probably because the processor is old) and I'm looking for some new opinions on this. I had bought a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD (despite some of the bad reviews), but I found the reviews justified as my board arrived with a bent corner. So I'm now leaning toward a ASUS ROG Crosshair V Formula-Z AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 8 x SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX. So what do you all think is the best board for under $150? Oh and here are a couple links to two Crosshair boards I was comparing, and I'm wondering if these are the same board or not. I'm 99% sure they are, but the price is so vastly different that I thought I would get a second opinion on it from here. http:// and http:// .
