I bought a galax 1050ti 4gb low profile.. What motherboard should i get with 4 slot ddr4 memory for gaming to run my galax 1050 ti low profile???

Any that you want. The low profile usually will fit regular as well as slim cases depening on which bracket you use. The motherbd doen't know or care.

Which CPU do you have? You bought a low profile card also so are you putting this into a smaller case or an OEM machine? What's the name of the PC or the case?
