What Motherboard should i buy

Hello,

I wanted to Uprade from an i5 2400 CPU and B75MA-P45 motherboard to something new. I want an i3 8100 CPU and i dont know which motherboard to take. I want a motherboard with a LGA1151 Socket for under 80 Bucks. Thanks!

Sorry if I am stealing post, but I wanted to ask you, why no lower than 80$ ?
My friend is going to build PC soon so that is why I am asking.

Only Z370 boards are out for Coffee Lake and have never gone that low at retail. New non Z board options next year will have those retails set lower.
