What motherboard should i get? $200-260 Australian money

Ok so i'm looking between 3 motherboards at the moment and i dont know if they are good or bad. If you have any suggestions please tell me. Z170 only please. Im going to buy a 6700k.

ASUS Z170-AR Motherboard

MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X Motherboard

I would personally take this Gigabyte and a microATX case, but go with the Asus if you want full ATX
