What motherboard should i get?

Im getting either an intel i5 3570 or 4760 with a gtx 760. I just bought a gigabyte z77-ud3h but have read some horrible reviews on it. Should i stick with this mobo or is there a better one under 140 and it must have the same specs as my current one so its compatible with my build. Ill be playing skyrim with mods mostly.

Well, i5-3570, i5-3570k, i7-3770, i7-3770k are all you can put into a Z77 board. Nothing from the 4th generation would be supported as it uses a different socket (LGA1155 vs LGA1150)

Looks like the motherboard you already picked up got decent reviews. Doesn't have the best voltage regulation, but that only really matters in extreme overclocking. Getting an average overclock of 4.4-4.6Ghz out of an ivy bridge chip shouldn't be that difficult.
