What Motherboard should I get?

I am looking for a good priced and efficient motherboard for my gaming and YouTube pc.

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Quiet CPU Cooler
GPU: Msi GTX770 4gb Twin Frozr
PSU: EVGA Supernova 850 G2 80 Plus Gold
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
H.D.D : Western Digital 1TB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro Series DDR3 2x8GB 16GB 2400MHz
CASE: Corsair Obsidian 750D

I need something that will last and is compatible with alot of products. Future proof. Cost £100-£200. I will only pay more if there is a large difference.

I purchase that one, there are better (sabertoot, crossair V) but it will overclock pretty good for the price. better then a 970.
