What motherboard should I get?

I am looking to build a budget gaming pc and I don't know what motherboard I should get

Under 90$

Am3+ CPU slot for an amd phenom

4 memory slots

Also for an ATX case not a micro

Also a slot for a graphics card

My first time building a pc

I advise against this, and consider something like an i3 8100 or ryzen 1200 or g4560 or g4600.

The phenom is really old , and investing in that.

Are you looking for this board because you already have a processor and memory and don't wish to incur the expense for those too?

AM3+ choices are pretty limited since no one really likes renewing stock on older technology so you should look first at what is available at your preferred vendors. Alternatively, you can find what's available on E-bay or Amazon but either way you're not in a position to be picky: you'll have to take what's there.

Thats pretty meaningless

You cannot compare CPU's by only looking at core count and clock speed. Phenoms are obsolete.
