Im trying to get a ryzen 9 3900x but i dont know whats a good mobo for it? I want to get a good one though without spending over 250$ on one. I also want one thats in stock of that ships in the United States. or should i even get a 3900x if there are better options? Please help answer my questions any answers will be appreciated.

streaming video editing and gaming under 700 for a cpu mobo and is needed a new power supply

yea it might be overkill but im tired of upgrading

It's probably not the most value-oriented tactic but you could pair one of those higher-end boards now with a Ryzen 3 3100 or 3300X (which currently provides excellent gaming at their price points) and get a Ryzen 4000-level CPU later this year.
