Question What motherboard should i get?

So i sold off my asrock b450m pro4 and my ryzen 5 2600 and I wish to get into ryzen zen 3. I hear good things about the msi b550m mortar. But the mortar and bazooka is priced the same in my country. Which one is better? Im looking at this tier sheet but i have no idea what does 8+2 or 4+2 means. I'll probably wait for the ryzen 5 5600 instead of the 5600x.
