I'm going to get add a RX 580 to my build and currently have had a A320M for sometime now I'm looking to upgrade to a more recent around $80 budget motherboard that can hold 3 fans any suggestions

I have searched on google for you and find those 3. You can have a look at this.
Asus PRIME B450M-A/CSM - there are 2x chassis fan headers and 1x CPU fan header
Gigabyte B365M DS3H - 1 x CPU fan header 2 x system fan headers
Gigabyte B450M DS3H - 1 x CPU fan header and 1 x system fan header
all are under 80 dollars.
