What do you think about this build?, also im wondering what is the best motherboard for this build, mainly thinking about Asus PRIME Z270-A vs the Gigabyte GA-Z270XP-SLI if you have any other better suggestions that would be great.

What do you think about this build?, also im wondering what is the best motherboard for this build, mainly thinking about Asus PRIME Z270-A vs the Gigabyte GA-Z270XP-SLI if you have any other better suggestions that would be great.

that build is pretty balanced and solid
but i actually prefer the Ryzen option (as it is cheaper and offers more cores/threads) or even wait for the Coffelake (since the coffelake would require the 3XX mobo instead)

but like i said before, it is pretty solid already, the bottleneck should be slight to none unless the game demands intensive CPU usage (where the 4c/4t would limit your performance)
