Unfortunatly with that tower you have two factors working against you.
First and foremost that model uses a proprietary connector on the motherboard for the special circuit board that combines the usb ports, front audio ports and power button. This is completely incompatible with any traditional motherboard.
Secondly the computer does not even appear to have a removable I/O port panel so you would have to take a dremil or cutting tool to cut out the rectangular hole for the rear ports.
So in a nutshell you will either have to replace it with the OEM motherboard, or go all out and get a new computer case, and dont be surprised if the dell power supply cables are special legnthed and wont fit a standard computer case and thus requiring you to get a new power supply as well.
FYI you will also need new memory because any board from the last 5 years uses ddr3 and that computer is using ddr2.
Sorry to hit you with bad news, but better then spending a bunch of money and then finding out it wont work
