There are much better coolers out there, I wouldn't use such a poorly designed heatsink.
BTW you usually build your system around the motherboard/CPU/GPU not the CPU heatsink. Especially one that "eats" ram slots.

Which CPU Cooler that looks cool do you recommend then?

Also what motherboard would you recommend that has lots of fancy stuff and is very popular. Thanks.

Btw how much would it cost to get liquid cooling (including the water pump, CPU water block and tubes)
I would love to liquid cool my not-arrived-yet
WD WD7500AAKS 750GB 7200RPM 16MB SATA 3Gb/s Hard Drive and a may-buy VGA 512-P2-N773-AR GeForce 8600GTS 512MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Video Card, i'm pretty sure it would be expensive to liquid cool those 3 things. Thanks.

I can't spare $250, thats the reason why I'm buying the whole system individually through eBay.

For the ASUS and EVGA motherboards,
I've been trying to find the most popular yet fastest RAM that those boards support of a good brand but I can't decide (maybe 2 gigs would be enough, not very sure)

You can buy individual liquid cooling componets at the websites I listed.
You would be better off to save up for the 8800GTS (roughly $320 CDN) or get a ATi X1950XT. OCZ, Crucial, Corsair, or Mushkin DDR2 667 or DDR2 800 2gig dual channel memory kits will be OK.
You could get the E6750 instead of the E6850 and use the money saved on a better video card, your game performance will be better with the e6750/8800gts combo than with the e6850/8600gts.
Shop NCIX.com or some other online retailer, eBay is not the best or cheapest place to buy new PC componets.
