Any 300 series board. Best - B365 or Z390.
Rest like H310,B360,H370,Z370 will require BIOS update to support i9 9900k.

You'd require a B365,H370 or Z390 as @SkyNetRising also said, ignore the H310. What's your budget for the mobo?And are you gonna OC?
