What motherboard to buy using AMD 7 2700x, GeForce RTX 2060, and DDR4 3600?
Will my MSI B450M PRO-VHD MAX take full advantage of it? What is a better motherboard option? Also, using Thermaltake SMART 600W power supply.

First off, get a better power supply. That one is very poor quality. I would go with the B450 tomahawk max, for board.

Can't go wrong with Seasonic. Get yourself a Focus or Prime unit and aim for 550-650W to give yourself a cushion.

Agreed on psu.
The Tomahawk max should work fine and work if you chose a 3000 series cpu out the box.
But you may have to run lower ram mhz for the 2700x which isn't the mobo's fault.
The native ram speed supported for the 2000 series is 2933.
Not that 3600 can't run, it will take alot of fiddling and testing to find the right timings.

I usually guide myself by a psu tier.
Corsair TXM, RMX, EVGA G2/P2, there are quite a few solid options, depending on availavility.
