What motherboard to buy.

I am in the process of majorly updating my pc. I want to get a new intel motherboard with integrated graphics. I want a motherboard that can deal with high level gaming. My friend recently bought the ASUS P8Z68-V LX which is around the level I am interested in. Any help would be great thanks
