What motherboard to choose?

I've got all these parts:

Intel i5 3750k
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 560 Ti Amp!
Antec High Current Gamer 520
Cooler Master 412S
Cooler Master Elite 430
EPS-750W Ultra Silent
Cooler Master Excalibur
WD Blue WD5000AAKS 500 GB
LiteOn iHAS122 (Sort)
Corsair XMS3 4 x 4 GB

But as you can see, I only need a motherboard...

What motherboard would you guys recommend me buying for these parts?
(I REALLY don't wanna use more than 134,10 EUR)

I would suggest something like the ASRock Z77 Pro OC. Very good motherboard for the price.

Some other options would be the ASUS Maximus V Gene that's mATX or Gigabyte UD3H that's very solid too.

Thank you, do you know about any compability problems with the AsRock Z77 Extreme 4? My GeForce GTX 560 Ti Amp wouldn't work on it...

Why would not work? I don't know any compatibility problem with those two components, but in that case you also can try updating to the latest BIOS available for the motherboard.

firstly you dont even need 600w for that system so you got a big PSU out there!
in case you have one 3570k and in case you want to oc it then you go for the z77 (technology)
