What motherboard to choose?

Hi, im building a new pc with 1150socket, and I'd like to buy a good motherboard... i was thinking something like that: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H97ME/
i'm not overclocking ANYTHING, i just want a pci x16 3.0 fooooor, the NEW gtx 960 (is it fit with the mobo I mentioned?, the audio inputs are too close to the slot) I want 3-4 SATA3... and at least 1 pci express for other devices like audio card or wifi card....

The audio inputs won't get in the way of the graphics card, if you're worried. Also, if you plan to SLI in the future, you don't want to get this board. Also, if you're interested in more than 2-channel audio, you don't want this one.

Besides that, it's fine.
