Your 3350P cpu and GTX760 should be supported on ANY socket 1155 motherboard.
That could be from a $50 H61 chipset motherboard on up.
Just check the cpu support list for the particular motherboard to be certain.
If you have other desires such as usb3.0 or 6gb sata, then add them to your selection criteria.

Will a weak or cheap motherboard bottleneck my cpu/gpu ? if theres such a thing..

read on some forums that if i theres no plan of over clocking, then a H77 board will do. If so, what would you recommend: a Asus or Asrock? what specific model? budget around usd100 to 150.

If any factor is important to you, then go for that motherboard.
We all have favorites, but they are all good. I might pick one that has been out for some time.
It will have had any needed bios tweaks already updated.

Any lga 1155 socket mobo will support them
I recommend the asrock b75 pro3-m motherboard... Lots of features for its price.
