What motherboard to go with i3 + 6770?

For now I have decided to go with i3 and a 6770 gpu. I would like to know the best mobo to go with it. How much do the z68s cost? I have a budget of $350 for my build(cpu,gpu,mobo,ram,hdd). Can I get an i5? What are the best options in this budget? Please help. Thanx alot .
