What motherboard ??

What is the cheapest possible motherboard for my build ?

1.CPU : Intel i5 4460
2.RAM : Kingston HyperX Fury ddr4 (2x4gb)
3.GPU : Gigabyte gtx 960
4.HDD : Seagate 1tb 7200 rpm

Also if there are any better alternatives to any of my parts (specifically the processor) please let me know.

Did you buy all these parts already?
I if you didnt I would change a few things, such as VGA to a 470.
The motherboard I would go for Asrock Z97 Pro which is pretty decent for the listed price.
