What Motherboards are compatible with my case?

I have a RAIDMAX Pogona 136 case that im looking to do some big upgrades to. It is a computer my friend bought me as a payment for helping him paint his house. As of right now the specs are a mZ1-7641 motherboard, AMD Fx 4300 3.5 GHz Processor, AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB 4GB of RAM, But im replacing all of the above with a Sapphire Radeon R9 270x 4GB DDR5, AMD Fx 8350 4.0GHz Processor and
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866, Butmy issue is i dont know what motherboards are compatible with my case. Right now im looking to get the
Gigabyte ATX Socket AM3+ AMD 970 Chipset 2000MHz DDR3 SATA III 6Gbps Ready AMD 9 Series FX Motherboards GA-970A-D3P, but i dont know what is compatible. Can someone help me with what is and what isnt? And also any other recommendations for motherboards for the specs provided that will fit in my case? Thank you

I'm new to building, but aside from board dimensions, I'd think the only possible issue of compatibility would be number and placement of pre-drilled holes for offsets. I'd be curious to know if that's ever an issue, so hopefully an experienced builder will reply to this thread, too.

If that's not a problem, then I don't know why any mATX board wouldn't fit, but certainly any board with the dimensions of the one already installed (or smaller) should work.

Yea ive figured out that any mATX will fit, not i just have to find an mATX that is compatible with an AMD Fx 8350 and Sapphire Radeon R9 270x 4GB DDR5 GPU lol

I'd compare the features you want on a few mATX AMD boards in your price range and run those through the build list for compatibility. For example, this one is compatible.
