What mouse to go for R.A.T 7 or Corsair Vengeance M65?

Hi, I'm on the look for a new mouse and wondering which will be best the R.A.T 7 or the Corsair Vengeance M65?

I play Minecraft based games, FPS and MMO's, I tend to alternate between Palm Grip and Claw Grip depending on situation in-game.

If it helps, my old gaming mouse was a Logitech G500.
