I have heard that people are having trouble fitting non-stock fans on this board. GIGABYTE GA-P35C-DS3R

Anyone have a Tuniq Tower 120 on it? Or can you list what non-stock cooling that you are using?

I have a Scythe Ninja w/ a Silenx Ixtrema 120MM fan. It fits fine, although you can install without taking your motherboard out, it is much easier if you do.

I'm also interested on what the community has to say about this. I bought the Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R with DDR2 & DRR3 support. The fan that I am looking to add to my computer is the tuniq 120. Does anyone have this setup with this board and fan? I need some feedback?

I have been looking at the width dimensions of cases also. The Antec P182 width is only 8.1 inches and reading newegg reviews some people using that case have problems. So now I am looking at Cooler Master Stacker for 239.00 width is over 9 inches, which should be fine but more expensive.

I also read that the mobo's capacitors could get in the way and I read that someone even filed down the side of their non-stock fan for it to fit.

I have a dq6 board and am using a Zalman 9700nt. It keeps my e6850 mid 20's idle and mid 30's load. My case is a coolermaster 830 evolution and it fits great. Even if i use the extra door with the four fans it still clears the 9700 (but not by much). Love this case it is much better than my thermaltake armor case.
