Question Which Nvidia driver version Is the most stable/best performing at the moment ?

A month or so ago I updated to the latest Nvidia drivers (using DDU) and had constant black screens and instability, the only thing that fixed it was a fresh Windows install and rolling back to previous driver I was using which I got recommended to do by other people with the same issue. Ever since I've been completely avoiding any kind of Nvidia update. But on the games I play (mostly DayZ) have been noticing slight performance issues (nothing too serious, just a bit of framey gameplay) Was just wondering if any of the newer driver versions are worth updating to or if there are any specific driver versions you guys would recommend? Or is it not worth the hassle?

If you're on an RTX 4000 series GPU, then try with 566.36. If you're on an RTX 5000 series GPU, you will need to try with drivers from launch day or the latest version.

One thing with DDU, is that you run it in Safe Mode, to remove all GPU drivers(intel, AMD and Nvidia, not just Nvidia drivers) then manually install the latest(or desired driver) in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Not concerned about frame rate, more just the consistency and smoothness. 572.83 does seem pretty choppy/stuttery at times.

Thanks for the reply mate!
No problem. I am using one of the 570 drivers myself and the only minor issue that I ever faced so far was my TV screen flashing twice everytime it restarts. Consistency and smoothness can be tweaked via adjusting graphics settings.

Rolling back to 566.36 (using DDU) seemed to do the trick. Thanks for the help mate! Much appreciated!
