What of this can I uninstall? (C++ Redistributable)

I don't know which of these I can uninstall and which I need. Do I only need the most recent? What happens if I uninstall the wrong ones? Thanks

Might I ask why you want to get rid of them? What OS are you on at the moment? Windows 7(in case you posted in the wrong section)? If so then I've only got 5 iterations of Microsoft's Visual C++ redistributables.

I'm just trying to clean the junk from my computer. If they get any use I'm fine with leaving them, but if not I'd like to clear it. I'm on Windows 8.1.

If you must clean out junk, then use CCleaner. Leave the redistibutables alone since they are there for the OS's stability. You can also try and run disk cleanup and free up any temp files.
