What offers the best gaming expirience?

Solution
It's basically your preference. Some games I turn vsync on and it seems laggy even locked at 60fps (first-person shooters). Other games seem really smooth. (third-person RPGs). Sometimes it's the other way around. Just depends on the game and your preference.

Vsync on is really only worth it if your system ALWAYS has a framerate higher than your refresh rate. So if you're using a 60hz monitor then you need to have a framerate above 60fps. Otherwise framerate drops are going to be bad and very noticeable.

The tradeoff with vsync off is you can have screen tearing if your framerate goes high enough.

So you see there is no easy or definitive answer to your question. It depends on your system and it depends on the games you play and the framerates you get in those games.

I have a i5 7500, msi gtx 1060 8 ram 2400 mhz so I can run games at 60fps, so should I play single players games with v-sync on?
