What oil should I use for mineral oil PC???

Here https://store.steoil.com/mineral-oil-pc-kit/?sort=featured. I believe this is what Linustechtips used in their build. You would want as pure as mineral oil as possible. But I would really suggest watching all of Linus's build as well as the maintenance video of the PC to be sure you really want to build one.

Just look for food grade mineral oil then is my only suggestion. Personally I think mineral oil PCs are more trouble then they are worth.

Because i have some server witch make noise and its very high temperate.

This is why server rooms exist.
Put that thing in a different room. Problem solved.

With mineral Oil you will have to remove any and all stickers from the boards and components, all rubber pieces, some types of plastics, and some types of thermal paste/adhesive/thermal pads will break down in oil.

If noise is an issue eitehr do as suggested and move it to another room or closet, or upgrade the servers cooling with quieter fans or water cooling.
