Question what on earth is happening to my audio settings

today i turn on my pc to discover my headset is acting wildy, i am unable to properly use my logitech g pro x on the app and my windows settings are spazzing out. I've already tried restarting my PC and plugging in my headphones to different USB slots. see video for what im talking about. https://streamable.com/fx8t02

as of right now windows is not able to detect my headset at all anymore. I dont know what happened from me turning off my pc last night to me turning it on today.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Make and model headset? Connectivity?

Look in Update History and Reliability History. Either one or both may have captured some relevant information.

Does the headset work on other known working audio devices?

Do other known working headsets work on your computer?

Determine if the problem follows the headsets or stays with the computer.

Manually download any applicable drivers via the manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure. (No third party driver installation software.)

Run the built-in Windows Troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

issue seems to resolve after restarting PC a couple times. for an explanation of why this is happening i have no idea.
