What Optical Drive Is The Best?

The pc im building is worth about $7000 at msrp. Im just buying the best of every part. So i dont want something that is just "good enough" i want to have the option that if i decide to play dvds and blurays that they will be read at max efficiency. And if which one you get doesnt matter because they're all the same, why is there so much of a price difference between them all?

A $7,000 PC? OK, sure.

If you are going to play blurays, then get a BD player. I have no experience, so can't recommend a specific BD drive.

If not, then literally any CD/DVD drive will work. It's not that it is 'good enough', but rather they are all the same.
About the only difference is Lightscribe or not Lightscribe. Anything more than $25 is just fleecing money from the clueless.
