[SOLVED] What optical drives I should have in my pc? Recommendations?

Hi. I sold my laptop, which was have dvd optical drive, card reader and etc. Just wanna install some drives to my pc. Maybe somebody can recommend someting, because one day I need to burn, or copy cd, copy photos and files, from sd card...

Use USB flash drives instead.
Personally I haven't used any optical media for years. There's no point of having them.

They are very old, today you can have faster Read/Write speed on USB flash drive and the USB flash drives also more portable even if you buy external optical drive.

external dvd/bd if u use it like few times a year, waste of electricity if u dont using it

Basically just a DVD Rewritable drive, I still use them a lot these days so all of my systems have them.

All depends on what your needs are.
