What option should I go with?

I'm missing a couple more parts for this final build for gaming and vr.
A. Buy 1080ti and SSD but have not enough money for a monitor ( i have a 1080p monitor already)
B. Buy cheaper graphics card (link me one) ssd and monitor
C. HTC vive, ssd and keep my (zotac 1060 mini 6gb)
D. What do you think? Any help will be appreciated
I'm missing gpu and ssd as the main parts but I still need monitors and vr. Usually the main problem is that I will have enough for all my parts but won't have enough for the item I'm using it for. It's like having vr for a pc that can't run it. Well thanks in advance. Give me different options too

Buy a cheaper mobo! anything above 200$ to me its a waste of money, unless ur looking for a very specific feature.

It's because your spending to much money on overpriced stuff.
Overclock this CPU to the 4.0 area and since the build includes the video card and cooler price over 800 bucks lower than what you had listed.
