Question What part do I need to hook up my case mounted USB panel?

So my new case has USB 3.0 slots that go out to a 20 pin connector, but my motherboard doesn't support USB 3. I know most people just get a 20 pin to 9 pin adapter but upon inspecting my mobo I found that my headers marked F_USB have 10 pins in this layout:

**** *
**** *
What type of header is this and can I connect my 20 pin at all?

Might want to mention the make and model of your motherboard as well as the make and model of your case. A picture would also help us two fold, of the connector from the case and teh header on your board so we're not mixing one with the other.

Good point thanks;
mobo is a HP Pegatron 2AC2 OEM board
case is a cooler master Q300L TUF edition

The headers are in the picture provided, can't give a pic of the connector but its a standard 19/20 pin female USB 3 cable.

The Pegatron 2AC2 has 4 USB 2.0 rear ports and a header for front panel with 4 USB 2.0 ports. The issue is that the USB headers on the mobo are not done with the conventional keying. One ends up with pins left over. This would indicate some kind of proprietary cable is used.
