What part should be my next upgrade?

Im new to this forum and im also kind of new to the pc gaming community, I dont have that much experience in hardware 😉 So my question is what part is bottlenecking my pc! Really, really appreciate the help 😀 My goal is to run Forza Horizon 3 at ultra in 60 fps, And to be able to run PUBG. (Have not tried to run PUBG yet)

Specs:

Motherboard: MSI B250M Bazooka
CPU: Intel Core i5-7400 Kaby Lake Processor
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB OC
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4 8GB
PSU: Corsair CX500

Memory: Seagate Firecuda 1TB 2,5'' SSHD

Any answer will be helpful as im not experienced Also I really recommend this setup to other gamers that doesnt want to spend too much on a pc 😛

Well, the i5 isn't the strongest as its locked clocks, however still a good CPU. The issue might be the average PSU in terms of quality.

I ran a stock 6600k with a GTX1070 for some time with no issues other than CPU maxing in known games (WD2, BF1 at times). An overclock solved it.
What is your resolution?

Thanks for answering My resolution is 1920x1080, I have not tried to overclock it yet though
