What parts of my current PC should I upgrade first?

Looking to get better performance while gaming, currently looking into buying an AMD FX- 8370 cpu because it is the best CPU I can get on my current motherboard. But I wanted to double check and see if you guys had any other recommendations.

CPU SPECS:
OS - Windows 10 Home
Processor - AMD FX-4100 Quad Core 3600 Mhz @ 3.6 GHz
GPU- Geforce GTX 660 w/3 GB of memory
HDD - 500 GB

Save your money. Don't just upgrade the CPU. You will still be disappointed. Save enough to get a CPU, motherboard and RAM upgrade. Either a Ryzen 3 or an i3-8xxx CPU. You will be MUCH happier.

I've read of people who upgraded from an fx4100 to an fx6300 and they've been happy with faster gaming. But 6 or 8 cores will really see an increase with DX12 and vulkan games. If you get a fx8370 get something like a Be Quiet Pure Rock Slim copper-pipe cooler. They're reasonably priced on ebay.
