I'm interested in playing games ranging from Arma 3 (At least Medium Settings) to games like Team Fortress 2 (Max Settings), Garry's Mod (Max Settings), and Battlefield (High-Max Settings)

Would I be able to build a rig on this price/budget, and if needed, what parts could I skimp out on and opt for something cheaper?

Also current rig is terrible

Thanks for your help, and sorry for the late reply. What cases could you recommend? I see it's a Mini ITX Motherboard, would you recommend a Case of similar form factor, or would you recommend something a tad bigger?
Also is the 6500's Stock cooler good, or would you recommend I get a cooler to go with it?
Also I'm thinking of playing Battlefield 4, and the new Battlefield.
