What parts should I get?

I would like to build a new desktop to run Guild Wars 2.This is my first time ever building a new computer and I am willing to spend around 400-475 dollars on this machine, but I am having trouble finding the right parts around my price range. I was wondering what components I would need to buy in order to run Guild Wars 2 with at least low graphics without lagging and that is around my price range. http://www.guildwars2.com/en/the-game/game-faq/#four (The minimum requirements for guild wars 2 I would like to have better though just to be safe.)

More Info: I forgot to mention I am building this from the ground up I need everything from a case to a Graphics Card.
